 The Link to God
This is a totally awesome book! The writer definitely knew his stuff! There is one thing that I'd like to point out though. This book is not to be used as proof against the existence of God. Although it might sound like that is what the writer is saying in between the lines-it is impossible to say, and it is not for me to judge-it is definately not so. In fact, it can be used as a link to God...or Satan. Let me explain what I mean. The subconscious is actually your soul. This book actually says it is. What is described as the infinite intelligence in this book, is in the bible called the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit in turn, is part of the Holy Trinity. (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit) So, when the book is referring to the subconscious and using it to reach the infinite, what it really means to us Christians is that we are using our soul, which is within our minds, to obtain the Holy Spirit. This is, in essence, God. I have mentioned Satan too. Satan does have powers, and if you use your subconscious mind the wrong way, i.e. think bad thoughts and have the wrong desires, you will gain Satan's form of wisdom, which is not true wisdom at all.
Brilliant!
This book is absolutely brilliant. Joseph Murphy conveys his points across in a simple and effective manner, explains how and why with "simple" detail. If you have any questions or doubts about religion, magick, quantum consciousness, and the power potential of your own mind, or wish to take control of your destiny this is a great starting point. If you have read some of the more commercial books on similar subjects like "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, "Quantum Success" by Sandra Anne Taylor, "The Four Agreements" (great book), by Don Miguel Ruiz, and others by Dr. Deepak Chopra, then you will love this one. This masterpiece, I believe is written from the perspective of a man with true spiritual clarity and wisdom...who walks the walk.
 typos galore
This publication of this book has an unreal number of mistakes. It is really not fit to be sold. The original publication of this book did not have the errors - so they have created errors. The paper and cover are of nice quality, and the size of the type set is pleasing.

I was so happy to find new printed versions on Amazon.
I love love love this book. Dr. Murphy's words really resonate with my way of thinking and for anyone out there who needs to start living a more happier, healthier, fuller life then you need to read this book. Not just read it but live it. It works, it really really works.
For those of you who've only recently read The Secret, this book gives you all the details to make your life the bestest ever, and it was way before The Secret.
I particularly likes how he interprets the Bible - makes so much sense the way he puts it to you....
And if you can put your hand on any other Dr. Josephy Murphy books do so. Every one is a gem and will definitely bring you lots to think about.
Some other favourites of mines are - Techniques in Prayer Therapy and his entire Maximize your Potential series (Hayhouse).

A lot of examples but no convincing arguments
This book is full of repeated sayings but actually after having read more than half of it, I stoped. There is very few convincing arguments about how your internal powder will let you acheive. Though, this may be true. I fully regret the money I spent buying this book.
