This workbook when used Along side the main book is very helpful in getting your feelings out. I am a very private person and being able to have a place to write out those emotions was Extrememly helpful.

As a clinician I have used this workbook for years with almost every client because to some degree, we all have some co-dependant traits. The workbook is well written and opens the heart for exploration and healing.

Good Resource for Recovery
I really liked this book, it helped me to see my behavior, where it came from and what to do with it. I would recommend this book to anyone struggling with co-dependency or even if your spouse is an addict and also if you are an addict.
