 A great novelty
15% of the questions in this book are truly interesting and thought-provoking. The rest are just 70 pages of online quizzes - "the animal that best describes you," "your sexiest feature," "amount of sexual partners," etc. If in the future, someone stumbles across my copy, it will be as though they found my Deadjournal from freshman year. It will be of trivial information about what's going on at that exact moment in my life - "your most recent lie," "your three best qualities," or "the friend who is most like you." This book is a collection of things that can change within a week. Many questions can be answered in one word, but you are given two lines. Questions where you need more space are the ones with half a line to use.
As I said, this item can be a great novelty - do not give it as a sole gift, but rather as an embellishment to a really thoughtful gift. And if you really want to get to know yourself, and your overall feelings towards life, talk to a therapist - s/he'll ask more relevant questions.
 no for everyone
I bought this intending to give it to older friends of mine so they chould fill it out for there kids and grand kids. But there are a LOT of sexual questions in there and things NO ONE needs to know about u.
 Gets the job done
This was the first book of its kind I ever filled out. I enjoyed answering the questions. I'm one of those types that never kept a diary, so this sort of thing seemed perfect for me. I did find myself wanting something that dug a little deeper than this though. That's probably my only real complaint. If you're looking for a nice little question book for someone you love, this is a good gift idea. If you're looking for something a bit more fun, adult and involved though, I'd recommend How To Love Me by Ali Davis (for couples) or The Secret Me by Shane Windham (the BEST).
great self discovery book
This book is great for anyone wanting to know more about themselves, to help learn more about someone special to you, or as something to fill in for your spouse/children to read in the future. There are many different topics to fill in and write your memories as well as questions that spur your thinking about where you are now and what you want in the future. I am happy I took the time to do this before I had children and look forward to sharing it with my spouse and children in the future.

I enjoyed filling out this book. This is definitely good if you like filling out surveys and stuff like that or this could make a great gift. I wasn't disappointed at all.
