This book is such a gift, takes a while for the average person to work through maybe. But such a great resource for someone who is working on a better understanding of oneself & how to bring about positive changes in their life. It has helped me tremendously.
I'd highly recommend this book.
I am a big fan of Margaret Paul. This book was especially meaningful to me and a great help in my work on healing my inner pain.
BRILLIANT
If you grew up in a normal household, with a happy, perfect family,
and have little to no problems, you might not need this book.
BUT if you grew up in a tumultuous household, with family that had
issues and you have issues because of all of that, then DEFINITELY
get this book. It will help to heal you.
I can also recommend it to people who were molested (as I was) and
for people who are dating/married/friends with people who have/had
problems or family issues.
It is a bit older but still relevant and helpful.

A Must-Read!
I picked this book up a few years ago and immediately felt the change. It gave me tools to improve my self-esteem, while also showing me that I've been giving all my power to others. It helped me to realize I needed to look inward to find what I was always searching for. I still go back to this book when I need a reminder and it still hits me. The lessons I've learned from it have stayed with me over the years. This book has played a huge part in my growth process and I highly recommend it!
